I'm new to uploading stock illustrations, I have an item that's in the "Reminder" column. I downloaded the Property Release Form, do I have to scan a signature and insert that or is typing in my name ok?

I believe you can use Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to electronically insert and sign your signature using text.
