Filling out the W-8BEN tax form, problem.

When filling out the W-8BEN tax form, the Republic of Moldova is missing in the "Country of citizenship" and "Country" lines.

The Republic of Moldova is present in the list of countries with tax agreements with the USA (https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/withholding-rates-country.html?cq_ck=1503513388328).

What should I do if I can't fill out the form?
