First submission to Adobe Stock is rejected

Your image is interesting.  But speaking as a Stock customer, I'm not sure how much commercial appeal this will have to potential buyers.  Stock customers are not usually looking for art images as much as visually and technically perfect subjects to work with.  Or images that convey a particular mood or message and are suitable for use in million dollar ad campaigns. 

Ask yourself "who will buy this?" and "what will they use it for?"  Meander through Adobe Stock to see what other contributors are doing in your keyword category.

I suppose it got rejected on technical issues? Or IP violation? Both are possible. Besides being not well exposed and composed, it would need geometric corrections. But all in all, the biggest problem are the artefacts introduced by your camera sensor and in-camera processing.

I also assume that the white balance is wrong.

As for the IP violation, you need to photoshop out all logos.
