First submission with a person in it - rejected for non-compliant

I'd like to have an understanding of why this photo was rejected as non-compliant. I included the model release

Is it the jacket? If so, I guarantee that this is a customized jacket by the wearer, and that an identical one would not be found on any store shelf, so its not a brand infringement.
