That is a beautiful bird. There are a few issues. Both photos are grainy. There are contents of the first photo that are out of view due to what seem to be motion blur. This is an indication that you needed to adjust your shutter speed to freeze the items in motions.

When taking photos make sure that subjects in the forefront are in view, and there is sufficient shutter speed to keep you intended subject in view. The stick hanging across the bird is out of focus.
