Flags of some countries were rejected in the eps extension due to similarity

I uploaded about 200 flags from different countries with eps extension and about 50 of them were approved and about 150 were rejected because of similarity.
It is clear that a content like a flag that has similarities in terms of color can have.
This is despite the fact that the flag is a required and widely used graphic resource, and a number of them have been confirmed to have sold during the last month.
Why are so many of them rejected?
Can I resubmit them?
