Follow-Up: Adobe Stock Account Appeal (No Response)

Hello,

I have been an active contributor on Adobe Stock and always tried my best to follow the guidelines. However, on February 11, 2025, my account was suddenly blocked. I submitted an appeal on the same day and followed up multiple times (February 18, February 21, and February 24) via contributor-support@adobe.com and the Contact Us form, but I have not received any response.

 

The only email I received from Adobe Stock support stated:

"Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity."

This email does not mention any specific reason for the block, so I don't know exactly what went wrong. I sincerely want to understand the issue and, if possible, correct any mistakes.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? What should I do next? I would really appreciate any guidance from the Adobe Stock team or community members.

You need to wait. Do not keep submitting enquiries. Once is enough. Adobe will first review and will decide when and if they reactivate your account. Adobe is not required to give you a reason.

I have already been waiting for 14 days as advised. Based on your experience, how much longer can the review process take?

Have other contributors had their accounts reinstated after such a long wait?

Many Contributors have reported that their accounts are restored after review, but we have no way of knowing how long it might take. As indicated by @RALPH_L  spamming the Contributor Support team with repeated requests does not help, and probably adds to their backlog.
