And besides that, there are confirmed sources where people were simply robbed of both money and photos from this site.

That is strong. I suppose you are talking about people getting banned. If that is your case (and I strongly suspect that), please note that getting banned is for cause. Adobe does not make money with banned accounts, the make money with accounts playing according the rules and contributing high quality assets.

So, I hope, given all the track records of this company, it will not last long in this already overcrowded market.

My guess is that Adobe is highly successful in what it does here, as it constantly invests to make the customer experience more delightful. But yes, as always, they could improve on some points. I'm just wondering who's doing better in this overcrowded field.
