hi, i forgot to mark my image as generated with ai and it is approved now, should i delete it and reupload it and mark it as generated wit ai?

I have never heard of any negative effects of removing approved images that were uploaded incorrectly.

Yes. If a Buyer or someone else notices this error and reports it to Adobe, you run the risk of having your account deactivated. Deleting and resubmitting will have no effect on your account.

I would say yes. Depending on how obvious it is that the asset was AI generated, you could get called out. Buyers are upset enough about AI, but submitting AI without noting it as such could come back to haunt you and result in an investigation if someone points it out.
