Forgot to tick AI file option for approved vector files on Adobe Stock

Dear Adobe Contributor Support,

I hope you are well. I would like to inform you that I have recently uploaded around 250-350 vector (EPS) files to Adobe Stock. Among them, I have realized that approximately 100-200 of these files were created using Generative AI tools, but I mistakenly did not check the “This content was created using Generative AI tools” checkbox during upload.

This was an unintentional mistake, and I sincerely apologize for the oversight. I would like to ensure full transparency and compliance with Adobe Stock's Contributor Guidelines.

Please advise me on the best course of action—whether I should delete those files and re-upload them with the correct AI declaration, or if there's any other step you would recommend.

Thank you very much for your support and understanding. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

Best regards,
Lingkan Mondal

This is a public user-to-user community, not Adobe Stock.

As others have said, you must delete the assets. Properly resubmit them as Generative AI.

This is not contributor support.

You will delete them and resubmit. If they are still in the moderation queue, act fast. If they sell, that could get you banned.

Delete right away. You won't receive a reply from Contributor Supoort here, and they most likely would not be able to change all those assets for you anyway. Submit smaller batches in the future so you can slow down and apply all the necessary quality checks.

You need to delete the assets and re-submit. The moderator MIGHT take note of non-compliance and reject, but might also overlook the fact that the box was not checked, and this will lead to potential complaints from buyers that could conceivable result in your account being investigated and disabled until further notice.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
