Customer support is not contributor support. As a contributor, you need to contact contributor support. But in this case, there is nothing that contributor support can do for you, as the money has been released. Either PayPal transfers the funds to your account, or they refuse and refund Adobe, who will credit your account again. That process may take up to a month. To get any insight into the transfer status, you will need to contact PayPal support.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your Dashboard page. There is a choice in the drop-down menu for payment issues. This will create a support ticket in the Adobe Support system. Sending an email does not create a support ticket and may take longer to get a response.

hi, i think you should reach out to paypal, but i'd give you a heads up- there support sucks. that's why my friend switched from using paypal to skydo.com they give you virtual bank accounts across the globe, also one of the cheapest solution to receive international payments, you should check that out

I don't think Adobe Stock offers that as a payment option.

If PayPal received the transfer from Adobe, your issue is with PayPal, so you should contact them. If PayPal refused the transfer it will go back to Adobe, and they'll re-apply it to your account.
