Probably the reason is 'Technical Issues'.

Your pic is overexposed as mentioned - take note of the histogram - it shows that it is overexposed and take note of the highlights - these areas are 'burnt out' -way overexposed.

The background is overexposed.  Colors and details are washed out.  There is no vibrance.
