Just from looking at your picture, I could see multiple reasons why this has been refused. My first however would simply be framing. Then you should clean-up those strange red sports or the dirt on the blanket. And then there is commercial appeal: what is the use of a picture like this? A last reason may be a missing model release. You will need a model release for this.

Please give the exact refusal reason. This is important so that we do not need to guess.
