First: You need to lift the shadows and the exposure. It appears to me that you applied excessive sharpening and noise reduction. The tower has a white halo (excessive sharpening) other parts have unnatural patterns.

The second one has artefacts because of your panoramic take:

The picture has missing contrast and no fine structures, typical for phone pictures. The sky shows colour noise. In addition, the boat names should be edited out (IP refusal).

The third one shows also missing details and washed out colours, typical for small sensor pictures.

The fourth also has those washed out colours.
