When giving us the refusal reason, you only need to copy the header. The rest is stock text that may or may not be relevant to your image.

It looks to me that you have applied noise reduction to the sky, but that your masking was not covering all the sky:

In addition, there is chromatic aberration with the mountains/sky border:

I would also expect the mountains to have more contrast (that's what @daniellei4510 achieves with the dehaze in Camera Raw/Lightroom).

Allow me to be more specific. Your original image has very blue skies and detail in the mountains. However, after I used the histogram to give more detail to the white snow, this desaturated the sky in turn and dehaze brought things back to speed. So kind of play with it. It's give and take in an image like this.

Over-saturated greens and reds and burnt out highlights. You should also consider applying Dehaze to brighten the blue sky and add detail to the mountain and snow.

It's a pretty image. I see a bit of chroma noise in the clouds, and it also appears a bit oversaturated. After correcting the issues you can resubmit. Where is this trail? It looks very challenging!
