Fotolia account didn't sync with Adobe stock account

I receive emails about my earnings on Fotolia, but the balance on Adobe Stock does not change. Where does my earnings go? when you try to re-sync the accounts, a request to the support service takes off. I wrote to the support team. There I was advised to apply here. Help me please!
