fotolia - account move

Hi all,

when I was informed about the fotolia move to Adobe stock I did the necessary steps.

I receive stock mails on sales and recently on tax information.

I just tried again to login with the mail account I receive the Adobe stock notifications, but the system tells me the mail is unkown, although I just received a notification on this account.

Any idea how to get access?
