Fotolia → Adobe migration issue: no support response for 2 months

Hello Adobe Community,

I’m asking for help here because I haven’t received any response from Adobe Stock Support for over two months.

I’m a long-time contributor who originally had a Fotolia account and later an Adobe Stock contributor account. Due to the Fotolia → Adobe migration and historical account setup, my account now appears to be flagged as “multiple contributor accounts”, although I am the same contributor using the same nickname and content.

My Adobe Stock account is currently inactive with the message:

“Our account and submission policy does not allow multiple contributor accounts.”

The issue is that I cannot complete the Fotolia synchronization:

  • I haven’t accessed Fotolia since 2019

  • When I try to log in for syncing, I receive the message:
    “The selected account is already in use”

  • Because of this, I cannot resolve the issue on my own

I’ve contacted Adobe Stock Support many times. All requests were registered and I received case numbers, but no replies or solutions have been provided for two months.

This seems to be a technical migration and account-merge issue, not an intentional policy violation.

I’m kindly asking:

  • for help from Adobe staff who may see this post, or

  • advice from contributors who successfully resolved a similar Fotolia → Adobe merge problem

I’m ready to provide all required details privately (case numbers, emails, contributor ID).

Hi @carobi025 ,

The reply from Adobe will possibly take a long time. The suggestion is that you do not send multiple messages, but to wait for them to respond to the one you already send. It could possibly take more than two months to get a response.

Fotolia is dead since 2019. 

Nobody in this user-to-user community can help with a multiple account problem. 

You must work directly with Stock Contributor Support. Be patient, they receive many requests per week.
