Fotolia - Adobe stock sinc (why again?)

Hi. I was asked by one our member to ask for this, while she can't log into adobestock (wants to fill tax form which will expire at the end of december).
 I tried to log in from my laptop, and mac, and the same thing happens - it's circling around. Both passwords on fotolia and adobestock are reset/changed, and when she try to log into adobestock, it says "we can see you are selling on fotolia - sinc accounts", and when she try to log into fotolia, it says in red letters that account is already in use.
 For me it looks like site glitch? I tried to find some live support/live chat, but i can't find if there is any.
 Any advice?

Hi,

 

if you click on the bottom of the Fotolia Site you find the Link https://www.fotolia.com/Info/Support which leads to the Adobe Support Page. There you get on the bottom right the Icon for the Live Chat. Hope that helps.

The Fotolia site is shut down and fotolia.com redirects to Adobe.stock.
