Fotolia Sync Loop - Account already in use - unable to access contact us link

When attempting to migrate Fotolia account; I get “selected account is already in use.”
I understand I may need to use contact us in order to resolve this, however when following these links;
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contact
I get redirected back to the sync Fotolia with Adobe page shown in the screenshot above - resulting in a broken loop.
I’m getting sold content email notifications, and tax emails and I’ve been notified by my tax authority that they are aware of foreign income and I’ve to declare it. Not having access to these accounts is a liability.
But I’d be very grateful to have this resolved as it looks like lots of people are having the same issue. Thank you.
