There's Picfair, which I believe is out of the US. They do all the work for you in exchange for a percentage, including matting and framing.

Yes, you are allowed to do that, but people don't generally look for stock by starting on Instagram or Facebook. What I do, which I'm sure has 0 effect on sales, is use my Facebook business page to link to assets that get sold for the first time. The images are displayed while linking to the image in question. Also, I have a list of trusted Facebook friends where I display new images that are accepted. ONLY my FB friends can see these, not the public in general, since I don't want to risk letting anyone download and use my assets for free. But again...I'm 100% certain doing so has not resulted in any sales. My FB friends simply aren't in the business of graphic design or in needs of stock images.

Happy to help. Also, you might be interested in signing up for the new social site, Bluesky (bsky.app), which also allows you to display images that link directly to your Adobe Stock profile page. So you can display your images openly, with watermarks intact.

Yes, you are allowed to promote your Adobe Stock portfolio on your social media platforms; there is no prohibition on using your real name as your Display Name in Adobe Stock. I use my real name, so a Buyer could potentially contact me directly by googling me, but that has never happened.
