Free collection payment

I received an email on October 5th stating that my product was selected for the free collection. It is now November 12th, but I still haven't received the payment I was supposed to get. Is it possible that there is a problem?

Correct answer Abambo

Is our asset part of the free collection? Or did you get the message to nominate your assets for the free collection? Payements get immediatly allocated to your contributor account. There won't be any message about this.

As of today the "eligable for free collection" checkbox has disappeared from my contributor dashboard. I'm assuming this means they are working on it as we speak. I have not received any additional earnings, upfront payments or email regarding this. But my guess is that since that checkbox no longer appears they are most likely sorting through it.

Anyone else notice this as well?

There are different phases for the free collection. As I only have photos and vector, I do not know what assets they now selected.

When you select on your Dashboard the "free" price tag, and push apply, you will see only the free assets in our collection. If there are new ones, you will see a $4 price hike on your dayly earnings (for annual selections) for each asset added to thze free collection by Adobe. If you have high earnings that day, you may not notice this. Besides the e-mail, there is no other communication from Adobe.

I think you're mistaken. Nobody's assets have been accepted into the free collection yet for 2025.

If you opted in to the program and nominated assets for consideration, you'll be paid when/if they're accepted. If you didn't, you won't.

Thr announcement of selected assets was made last year in November 22nd, so you should be hearing soon,

The initial free collection email was for a pre-selection and for us to agree to terms or opt out.

It doesn't mean all the assets will be accepted.

You will get an email notifying you of payment if files were selected, but you will see it first in your account balance.

The entire process took about 5 weeks, so we should find out soon.
