FTP never shows vides (images work however)

I can never get videso to show in the "new" section when uploading .mov files. All within correct parms. In fact I see an overwriting command like they are already there, but never will show on the website. When I test still images I can see them no problem. It's been a few weeks as I know there is a dealy. Can anyone from Adobe check if there is an issue with my account or the FTP/video process for me.
