I had $2,280.76 disappear from my Adobe Stock account and Adobe support says I have no recourse. No explanation. Has anyone had luck getting adobe to respond to support request for disapeared funds?

My status has not changed. The money was supposed to go through Paypal, but never ended up there.  My history says the transfer was cancelled before it ever arrived. Now I am concerned what I have in my account will disappear again.

I have no tax document issues, no security holds and no threshold issues. The money just vanished.

Look under the menu option “Insights” and then choose “Payout History” to check when funds were paid and to what account.
You should never let your funds grow that high. Your account could get hacked from thieves or even suspended from Adobe. Either way, your funds are then lost.

You should have mentioned that fact. That changes the whole situation. Contact the service that was to receive the transfer if they received and returned the transfer.

    Common Reasons for Canceled Payouts

    • Invalid or Expired Payment Details: The most frequent cause is an issue with your linked payout provider (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer, or Skrill). If your email address on the payout platform doesn't match the one on your Adobe account, if the account is unverified, or if the account has been closed/limited, the transfer will bounce back.

    • Verification/Tax Documentation Issues: If your tax documentation (W-8BEN or similar) has expired or was rejected, Adobe may pause or cancel outgoing payments until the documentation is updated to ensure compliance.

    • Payout Threshold or Bank Rejection: If you are using a direct bank transfer (if applicable in your region), the receiving bank may have rejected the transfer due to incorrect IBAN, SWIFT/BIC codes, or issues with foreign currency processing.

    • Security Holds: Occasionally, Adobe's automated security systems might flag a payment for review if there is unusual activity on your account.
