Good afternoon. I requested a withdrawal from my Adobe account on March 14th to my PayPal account. 

The funds have not yet been received. PayPal tech support responded that no funds were received from 

Adobe. Where is my money now? I'm from Russia.

I've seen reports before that people were unable to transfer the money to their PayPal account, and it may relate to the sanctions imposed because of the Russian war on Ukraine. You will need to contact PayPal customer service to get a hint.

It takes around a week when the payout has been made for the money to arrive at your account. Check your payout history for the exact date when the payout has been made: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/insights. Your request date is not the payout date!
