I would like to clarify how to label this type of submission for Adobe Stock.

Workflow:

It’s illegal to copy another artist’s work and call it your own. Neither can you copy GenAI artwork and call it your own. Whatever you submit to Stock should contain your unique footprint that distinguishes if from the inspiration piece(s) it is based upon. Follow those basic guidelines and you’re golden. 😉

Images created by tracing AI-generated images do not qualify as AI images.
Images generated using Gemini may not be fully cleared of intellectual property (IP) issues.
Images that have not cleared IP issues cannot be submitted to Adobe Stock.
This point must be carefully considered.

My advice is to submit it as a normal vector, but the way things are going lately, be prepared to have it rejected for not labeling it AI. If that’s the case, I would resubmit right after rejection, the same way (without AI check)

This has less to do with approval and everything to do with what’s ethically right/wrong.

Unless substantial changes were made to distinguish the final product from the inspiration piece it’s based upon, then the artwork design is still generated by AI. I hope that makes sense.
