Can I sell the work produced by Firefly to Adobe Stock?

From the commercially released version of Firefly only.  Not the free version.

Firefly-generated assets from the commercially released version can be submitted to Adobe Stock as long as they meet Stock's generative AI submission guidelines and don't contain a watermark. See links below for more details.

So what if someone uses the free version and removes the watermark, will that result in the account being blocked if they send the file?

The watermark is quite obtrusive as I recall so would be challenging to remove effectively. There may also be some exif data that identifies the source. We don't know what would happen if Adobe identified this misuse of a Beta product, but certainly shutting down an account is a possibility.

Yes.
