Generative AI requiring Model Release

I have tried multiple times to submit a Generative AI image that depicts a person. This person was NOT generated based on any specific, identifiable individual. NO image of a particular individual was used, nor was any individual mentioned in the Generative AI prompt -- only the term "old man." The title of my image states "Generative AI, fictitious person, not based on a real person, not based on a real model." I included a Property Release, as instructed in the Adobe livestream regarding Generative AI.

I have been repeatedly rejected and told that I need a Model Release. How can I include a Model Release when no model was used?

Make sure in addition to your metadata, that your property release specifically calls out the fact the person is fictional. In the information field, write "fictional person created with generative AI software" or something to that effect.

Do as Mat Haywards says: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/generative-ai-requiring-model-release/m-p/13426785#M50731

The problem is, that when you use the digitally signed model release, you do not have that much space to write the full text.

I would write that, but the most that I can fit in the "Property Description" form field and "Recording Session" field is "Generative AI, NO REAL MODEL." Anything longer gets cut off on the form.

Correct, when you use the electronically signed version. If you use the “paper” version, you are free to add more text.

Have you read and complied with the Adobe guidelines:

Is the asset posted as an image or an illustration?

Yes, I have complied with the guidelines. It is an illustration.

I just submitted some new Generative AI images, again, not based on a real model or individual. This time I have typed in the Property Release, "Generative AI, NO REAL MODEL, NOT BASED ON A REAL PERSON" so I will see if that works.

I suspect that this is all rather new to the Moderators and there may be inconsistencies in their approach.
