Hi @Михаил29491779texz ,

If you look closely at the sign at 100% or more you will see that the color is not smooth. You will observe a multiple of colors. That is chromatic noise and will earn you a refusal. The file is also underexposed and of course the IP pointed out earlier.

What was the rejection reason provided by Adobe ?

I see white halos around some of the edges, which is usually indicative of over-sharpening. However, had it not been rejected for quality issues, I assume it would have earned an IP rejection.
