It's underexposed in general, but there are a few overexposed/blownout areas on and around the creature.

I Jill, Thank you for you're answer, but i don't agree whith the reason, here is picts i found in Adobe stock, and this is - for me -  overexposed picts, so i think i will not understand why my pict was not accepted, but we are not at the same page when we talk about 'overexposed pict',

True, some get accepted some not. It is good to see that some reviewers are ensuring quality.

Do some exposure corrections and adjust the cropping (space at the top, but the tail is cut off) and resubmit.
