Grain and noise

Could someone please look at this picture? I am getting a lot of pictures getting rejected because of noise and grain.

This wide-angle photo requires a great lens - it is easy to get spots that are out of focus.

Look over every inch of the photo at one or two hundred percent. Crisp edges win.
