Please, i am unable to initiate a withdrawal from my Adobe stock account as a contributor. My first sale is more than 45days until now. I have more than $25 requirement to be able to withdraw and my tax form is completed but, the payout button for withdrawal is grey and am unable to initiate a withdrawal.

I have reached out to adobe stock support, but they haven't responded to me yet. At the moment, what further steps i can take?

Check with a different browser, delete cache and cookies…

Is the accrued sales amount amount exactly $25? If could be a rounding issue (perhaps $24.999), and the next sale will put you above the $25 threshold. If not, use the Contact Us link on your Dashboard page and choose the payment category from the drop-down selection.
