Hi all,
I hope someone here has the expertise to help me understand the issues with two vector submissions that were recently rejected from Adobe stock. I suspect I have the same issues with both (as I composed them similarly), but cannot find the issues myself.
I've poured over my files and the feedback and can only think that there is an issue with the preview thumbnail, but don't know what it would be and how to fix it. The preview is over the minimum size. I really appreciate all the time responders put in helping us learn here!
The rejection came back as:
"
Your file has one or more of these issues:
- Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.
- Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.
- Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)
- You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file."
Finally, I also notice that when I first upload my Zip file (with the .ai and the .jpg preview), the preview looks normal. But it eventually turns blank like in the attached - not sure why this happens and it's what leads me to believe I have issues with the previews. But they're regularly exported jpgs...
(p.s. The .ai files I was trying to attached are getting removed from the post, so I'm attaching just one of the submissions as a PDF version. Not sure how to get around that other than if it's okay to include a Dropbox link with the .ai file...)
Thank you for any help!
Boriana
