I’m not quite sure of the logic of the mirroring of the subjects, which also makes me doubt their commercial value. In the first one, there is a lack of shadow on the ground, making it appear that the books are floating, and the bright red book especially lacks a sense of realism.

Without looking at the quality of your photos, my first thought is figuring a title a buyer would search for either photo. 

I have no judgment of your work,Adobe Stock is rejecting most I content, from what I see in this forum, most is for quality issues.  But in general all AI creators needs to understand that today anyone with out experience can create images better than this on their own with their favorite AI generator. And in my personal opinion, Adobe understands that better than anyone, and their AI business interest and big money is catering to enterprise clients, while photos and videos will remain increase in demand.
