Hacked Email, Cannot Access Adobe Stock Contributor Account

Hello Adobe Team and Community,
My name is Minh Thi and I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor for about 5 years, with over 7,000 assets uploaded.
I am in a very urgent and distressing situation, and I really need help.
My contributor account email was hacked, and I can no longer access my email or my Adobe Stock Contributor account. This account is my main source of income, and losing access has put me in a very difficult financial and emotional situation. I have spent years building my portfolio, and I am very afraid of losing it all.

What I have done:
Submitted a support request to Adobe (still waiting)
Prepared documents to verify my identity (payment history, proof on contributor dashboard, ID, etc.)

I sincerely request urgent assistance.
This account represents years of work and my current livelihood — I really can’t afford to lose access.
