Has anyone else noticed a recent increase in Adobe Stock account suspensions?

Has anyone else noticed a recent increase in Adobe Stock account suspensions? I’ve come across several contributors saying their accounts were disabled without receiving a clear explanation of the exact violation. Many of them also appear to have received very similar notification emails.

This is becoming concerning for contributors who have spent years building their portfolios and following Adobe’s guidelines. Could someone from Adobe please explain whether there has been a recent enforcement change, system issue, or specific policy that is causing these suspensions?

Clear information about the reason behind these actions would really help contributors understand the situation and know how to properly appeal or resolve it.

Adobe does not moderate this forum, so you will not receive any official word from Adobe here. The appeal process is fairly straightforward, using the Contact us link on one’s dashboard or submitting an appeal. Follow-up appeals should be avoided as doing so can create additional case numbers, further slowing down an already slow process.

My own Adobe Stock Contributor account was disabled yesterday, and I’m honestly very confused about it. I’ve gone through Adobe Stock’s policies and submission guidelines carefully, and as far as I know, I have followed the requirements and haven’t knowingly violated any rules.

It also seems that automated systems or bots may be involved in some of these recent account suspensions, because there doesn’t appear to be a specific explanation of what went wrong. I have already contacted Adobe by email and also submitted the appeal/review form, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I’ve invested a lot of time into building my contributor portfolio, so it’s really frustrating to suddenly lose access without knowing the exact reason. Has anyone experienced the same situation recently, and is there any other way to get the case reviewed by Adobe?

The number of assets in the Adobe Stock database has declined substantially in the last few weeks, and it seems that they’re doing some housecleaning. The number does go up and down, though, so it appears that some accounts are restored after the internal investigation is completed.
