Has this happened to anyone before?

An AI image that was accepted a month or two ago suddenly appeard in my "rejection pile" for quality issues. Yet the image still remains downloadable and searchable on Adobe Stock. I see no issue with it quality-wise. Since I upload to Adobe Stock from within Lightroom, it won't let me upload it again unless I rename the file, which I don't recall doing. Is this just a bug or should I be concerned?
