In addition to what @Jill_C said, if you read the Terms of Agreement, section 9.1,  that you agreed to, you will discover that earnings are not payable as long as an account is suspended.

I suppose, you want to say that you did not yet receive a reply…

Be patient. You will get an answer. Suspended accounts don't get payouts.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum; we are a community of fellow Contributors. You must use the "contact us" link on your account page,  then wait for Adobe Contributor Support to reply. It could take days, or it could take weeks, for them to reply depending on their current workload, since they have many suspended accounts to review.  Meanwhile, don't spam them with repeated emails or contacts, which will just further clog their support system.
