Having trouble submitting electronic model release

I can't say what happens, but I have seen that error before. The solution at that time was that the photographer did send the “paper” version per e-mail, or that the model did sign a paper version.

Trying a different e-mail may also help.

(Please note that the electronic version has the disadvantage, that the release does not get accepted by Adobe's stock competitors)
