    IMO, this image should NOT have been approved. The lighting is harsh. The cropping is excessively tight. Many items are clipped. There's no open space for additional text. 

    Just my 5 cents (the penny coin is gone).

      Do you have a question for the group? I assume this image was rejected? Poorly cropped, meaningless text, and a stethoscope with a ruler?
