Hello,

 

I would really appreciate if somebody  could help me complete the W-8BEN form with correct data. As I have been living only in Romania, I havent got some of the documents specified in the form, i.e. SSN.

You do not need an SSN. Only your local identification number. 

 

(This is not tax counsel. For that you need to go to your local tax advisor.)
