Hello, can anyone share how Adobe accepts photos now? For example this is one is not ok? Why?

So it was a quality issue. But if it hadn't been a quality issue, the next reason for rejection would have been the requirement of a property release, since the house is the main subject of the image. (Moderators can only choose one reason for rejection.)
