If you search for manholes on AdobeStock, a large number of assets will come up.
Manhole designs may be protected by copyright.
Some also include the logos of local governments, so there will likely be some that you can register and some that you cannot.

Even if your image passes Adobe's review, it may be deleted for copyright infringement.
You should be very careful before registering it.

This image has some edges cut off, so I don't think it will pass the review.

While manhole cover designs themselves aren't generally protected by copyright or trademark, ornate or unique designs with identifying markings might be, and it's always prudent to consult with a copyright attorney if you plan to commercially use such designs.

Different stock platforms have different standards.

At least, you should edit out the numbers and writings. The design is special, so I still suspect that you will get an IP refusal. And the composition is bad, that could be a quality refusal. I did not check, but there may also be exposure issues.

How could i improve the quality and remove the numbers and writinggs.Is it acceptable to do by Adobe stock?Thank you fro replying!

Well, the composition needs to be checked when taking the picture. You can always crop, but you can not add.

 

For the rest, you would need a program like Photoshop and Lightroom to edit the pictures.
