Hello everyone! Please help me figure this out. I created an image in Illustrator. Everything was fine for a year. Then I received the message "Reason for rejection: Intellectual property infringement." How should I respond if it's my own work? Thank you.

For future reference, refer to Trade Dress— the distinctive, identifiable shape, packaging, or color scheme of products like Hershey’s Kisses or UPS trucks.  Adobe Stock can’t accept content that depicts trademarks or trade dress

Volkswagen heavily protects its vehicle designs, holding numerous active 3D trademarks, registered designs, and patents for the shape, appearance, and specific features of its vehicles.

If it was removed by Adobe Stock, there’s nothing you can do about it.

It might be your work, but the profile of the van is very close to that of a a Volkswagen.

Thanks for the answer. It's just amazing that it didn't look like that for a year, and now it suddenly does😒 Thanks for the suggestions👌

I suspect it slipped past a moderator who was not familiar with the shape of the van. I suspect Adobe will at times run a sweeping review of random portfolios to look for issues, but that’s just a guess. Although they did a very deliberate review a number of months back and a large number of assets were removed for various reasons.
