The shadows could be opened up and the thumb should be shorter. And FYI, reviews can sometimes take as long as 8 weeks, so Halloween assets should be submitted three to four months in advance. But there's always next year, if it doesn't get accepted within a reasonable amount of time. And finally, your asset didn't have a color profile. Profiles should be submitted in sRGB.
