Hello, I'm just trying to understand why this photo wasn't approved?

I assume it was rejected for Technical Issues:

Too dark, underexposed, too grainy and noisy for use as a Stock image.

Hi @Jaffa Moon ,

It is a nice sunset capture, but noisy and under exposed. The details are lost in the forefront.

Zoom to between 100 and 200% to see fault.
