Hard to tell by the thumbnail but it looks that the man with the lion does have only 3 fingers on his hand and the thumb. Pay attention to human fingers on AI generated images because AI struggle with these at the moment.

(First of all, 'can't.' Forgive the typo). But I will say this, without having much else to go by: move away from the default square format of AI. Give the buyer some room to crop or add copy. These are too tightly cropped.
