Keep in mind that English words in artwork are very region specific.  Non-english speaking customers won’t have much interest in them. 

I think you’ve answered your own question. If “they’re pretty much the same”, they’ll be rejected for being too similar.

It’s possible that this could affect your account.

If your submissions don’t show significant differences, they may be considered spam.
