The asset is too small to check correctly. You need to upload here the same size and quality as you did with stock. There will be IP issues however, if not for the buildings, then for the EY logo.

What was the rejection reason? I see an IP violation. You need to remove the business name and logo from the building. 

Some details are lost in the highlights.

Zoom in on your files to find issues such as trade marks/logos and camera errors. You must be able to cut away your subject from its background.

You've got some blownout spots in the clouds. There's also a logo on one of the buildings that would have resulted in an IP refusal.
