Hello, my Adobe Stock account was blocked after a Generative AI review. Support case 00462819 was opened over a month ago, but I received no updates. I also requested a payout before the block. Could a moderator check the status? Thank you.

    Be patient. Investigations take time.

    Work on other projects. Submit to other services.

    Adobe personnel do not frequent this forum, and even if they did, would not respond to account matters here. You’ll have to wait for a response from Adobe Stock Contributor Support team via email.

    No one here can check the status of your account. You have a case number. Adobe will notify you when their investigation is complete. This can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of case investigations ahead of yours. And when it comes to AI, there are probably quite a few investigations in progress.
